About This Project
Pabrik Manufaktur in Cikarang, Jawa Barat was carried out using a panel dinding hidden screw system. The installation focused on clean, precise, standard-compliant results, with field coordination that kept operations running smoothly throughout.
Hidden-screw wall panels were installed across the building envelope for a clean facade with no exposed bolts. The insulation layer keeps the interior temperature stable while reducing cooling load for better energy efficiency.

Our Approach
A factory often has to keep running partially during installation, so the work must be split into zones on a tight schedule to avoid disrupting production.
Our team scheduled phased installation outside peak production hours and used pre-fabricated panels to minimize on-site installation time.
