Installation Guide
Step-by-step installation instructions for our sandwich panels
Step 01
Preparation
Level the structural frame and ensure all supports are plumb and aligned. Clean surfaces of debris and rust.
Step 02
Layout & Marking
Mark panel placement on the support frame following the design drawing. Start from one end.
Step 03
Panel Installation
Lift panels with proper equipment. Slide tongue into groove of previous panel. Secure with hidden/exposed fasteners.
Step 04
Sealing
Apply sealant at all joints, flashings, and penetrations. Ensure watertight connections throughout.
Step 05
Finishing
Install trim, corner flashings, and accessories. Clean panel surfaces and inspect all connections.
