About This Project
Pabrik Ciki in Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung was carried out using a panel cleanroom system. The installation focused on clean, precise, standard-compliant results, with field coordination that kept operations running smoothly throughout.
The cleanroom panel system was installed on the walls and ceiling with a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to sanitize. Every joint is flush with a hidden-screw system and radius coving at the wall-to-floor junctions, leaving no gaps for dirt to collect.

Our Approach
A factory often has to keep running partially during installation, so the work must be split into zones on a tight schedule to avoid disrupting production.
Our team scheduled phased installation outside peak production hours and used pre-fabricated panels to minimize on-site installation time.
